We ship with the post office (to support our country) and every order includes a tracking number that is automatically sent after your order ships. You can choose another shipping service (FEDEX or UPS) if you prefer. If you can’t receive packages delivered by the post office- PLEASE choose the other method of shipping.
Expedited orders received after 3 PM (West Coast time, PST) will go out the next business day. Overnight orders will arrive on the 2nd business day after order was placed. 2nd day orders will arrive on the 3rd business day after order was placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.
KeepDoggieSafe.com does not refund shipping costs on returned orders. If you have specific needs or questions or feel that your delivery is the exceptions, please write a note with the return and we will address your concerns. We are always reasonable and try to do the right thing for the customer.
