- Are the products waterproof?
- Visiglo collars and leashes are not waterproof. Submerging or soaking the battery compartment will cause a malfunction and can harm the electronics.
- I've soaked the battery compartment, what can I do?
- If you do soak the battery compartment, remove the batteries and allow the unit to dry completely for 72 hours. Reinstall fresh batteries and see if the unit will function.
- How do I replace the batteries?
- Visiglo collars are powered by two replaceable high capacity CR 2025 batteries. See battery instructions on bottom of the site
- How do I turn the collar on/off? It only lights up for a few seconds.
- The small button on the side of the collar power pack is the try me button. The try me button only lights the collar for a few seconds. The on/off button is located in the center of the buckle and is marked with a paw print. Press the paw to turn on, press gain to turn off.
- The collar/leash does not light up? Why does the glow appear less bright?
- Please check the batteries. Changing the batteries typically solves 98% of all illumination related issues.
